Amsterdam PD has arrested a 22-year-old man for possessing a controlled substance that was found in a coffee cup he was holding. Nathan Justin, of Ballston Spa, was being observed by police after he reportedly stole a pair of socks from Dollar General, on Guy Park Ave.
